THREE CIRCLES THINKING
A FRAMEWoRK FOR PERSONAL WELL-BEING, BALANCE & GROWTH
A FRAMEWORK FOR WELL-BEING, BALANCE & GROWTH
Three Circles Thinking isn’t a course or a self-help book. It’s something that I developed at a time of life when I was struggling to know what my next steps were.
I’d invested a lot of time in a career, job and lifestyle but had found that things ‘didn’t fit any more’. That increasingly so, I had lots of questions but very few ‘clear answers’. And the challenge was I didn’t know what to do about that.
Over months, I began to ‘take my well-being seriously’ and allowed myself the permission to explore my past, present and future. To be less confined by job titles and even career paths and try and explore what my road and future might be.
Quite often naming things, making them real and giving them physicality, gives us validity and clarity to instincts that we carry with us. For me - Three Circles was the vehicle for that.
So this isn’t an upsell, if you’re reading this now it’s because we’ve had a conversation. There’s no mailing list to join or anything like that.
Maybe it will help you, maybe it won’t. But the very process of even exploring it is about permitting yourself to ‘take your well-being seriously’. So I hope it’s helpful in at least doing that!
Let me know how you get on!
Thanks, Colse
P.S. Below are the guidance notes and worksheet downloads. The worksheet is an A4 PDF but if you can print it out as an A3 to give yourself more room to write on it.
